1、I 長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚對(duì)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的實(shí)證研究 摘 要 金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心， 而金融集聚是金融發(fā)展的核心。 金融集聚通過規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)和范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)吸引金融資源的流入，促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)金融的發(fā)展；同時(shí)，通過集聚效應(yīng)和輻射效應(yīng)推動(dòng)周圍區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)金融的發(fā)展， 使得不同的地區(qū)出現(xiàn)明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距。因此，金融集聚是提升區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)金融競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素。 長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈作為世界六大城市群之一和我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)金融最發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū)之一，其海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展十分迅速，2010

2、 年長(zhǎng)三角海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)總值占我國(guó)海洋生產(chǎn)總值的 32%。但環(huán)境和資源的約束逐漸突出，亟需轉(zhuǎn)變海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式，加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)調(diào)整。 因而如何充分發(fā)揮長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚對(duì)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的效應(yīng)，增強(qiáng)未來海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的潛力和能力，顯得尤為重要。 本文旨在構(gòu)建金融集聚對(duì)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的理論框架基礎(chǔ)上， 實(shí)證分析長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚對(duì)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的支持效應(yīng)， 并進(jìn)一步分析長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚對(duì)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)效應(yīng)， 深入挖掘長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈

3、金融集聚支持海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和不足， 進(jìn)而對(duì)發(fā)揮金融集聚促進(jìn)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的效應(yīng)提供參考意義。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下： 首先，文章在介紹金融集聚和海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)涵、金融集聚的動(dòng)因分析、金融集聚的條件分析和經(jīng)濟(jì)性質(zhì)分析等內(nèi)在機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上， 分析了金融集聚作用于海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的支持路徑， 并介紹了論文中運(yùn)用的模型和方法， 構(gòu)建了金融集聚對(duì)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的理論框架。 其次， 從長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚水平現(xiàn)狀分析、 長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚水平的測(cè)度兩

4、個(gè)角度評(píng)價(jià)長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚水平。 長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚水平的測(cè)度是在評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的構(gòu)建原則基礎(chǔ)上，從金融規(guī)模、經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模、金融基礎(chǔ)和金融市場(chǎng)化四個(gè)目標(biāo)層 28 個(gè)指標(biāo)構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并運(yùn)用主成分分析法對(duì)金融集聚水平進(jìn)行測(cè)度。 然后， 運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚對(duì)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。 在測(cè)算金融區(qū)位熵指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上， 進(jìn)行模型的單位根檢驗(yàn)和協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)以確定長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)圈金融集聚和海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間是否存在存在均衡關(guān)系。 通過
