8、betterachievethepurposeofsavingenergyreducingenergyconsumption.2INTRODUCTIONOFHOTPRESSURESALtHotpressuresaltalsocalledasheatpumpsmechanicalsecondarysteampressuringsalt.Itconsumesomepartofhighqualityenergy(heatmechanicale
9、nergyelectricityetc.)shiftedfromthelowtemperaturesteamtothehightemperaturesteamthroughthethermodynamiccyclecompressionprocess.Theacteristicsoftheprocessareonlyoneevapationtankpositivepressureinvolved.Indertoenablethetemp
10、eratureofbrinetoincreasingattentionfitsenergysavingeffectwhichcanreducethecostofsaltmanufacture.Thedevelopmentofhotpressuresalttechnologyisearlierabroadasearlyas1930EscherWyssCo.ofSwitzerlhasmanufacturedacentrifugalturbi
11、necompresswhichgiverisetothewideusageofhotpressuresalt.Tothe70s20thcenturyhotpressuretechnologyhasbeenestablished.AtpresenttherearemanyEuropeancompaniestousehotsaltitbecomemepopularespeciallyintheareaswithadequatepowerlo
12、wpriceelectricity.suchasthehotpressuresaltevapationequipmentwithproductioncapacityof1.5milliontonsestablishedinItalybyFrenchcompanyachieveahighdegreeofautomationcontrol.Therearemanydomesticenterprisesaretointroducethiste

14、enturywhichisthefirstcompanyadoptedthistechnology.Zhangsaltfactyhastwodeviceswithatotalproductioncapacityof230000tonsatthattimeofwhichthevacuumsaltproductioncapacityis130000tons(theactualproductioncapacityisupto150000ton
15、s)thehotpressuresaltproductioncapacityis100000tons.FromthematerialpointofviewtheentirehotpressuresaltequipmentincludingdevicespipeswereimptedtheevapationTankwasmadefromMonelalloytheothersweremadefromcoppernickelalloystai
16、nlesssteelrecyclingpumpscentrifugesvibrationdrybedallwereadvancedequipmentsothequalityofthesaltproductionintermofparticlesizewhitenesschemicalcompositionreachthedomesticadvancedlevel.Since1989thehotsaltinstallationofZhan
17、gjiabasaltchemicalplantZhanghavebeenrunningfmethan4yearsthecumulativesaltproductionwascloseto200000tons.Butitsuspendedproductionfavarietyofreasons.Thereasonwhythedevicefailedtoachieveitsmainpurposeisnottechnicalproblembu
18、tsomeotheraspects.Severalreasonswereelabatedasfollow:.4.2OutputmatchZhangjiabasaltproductionplanthadmanufacturedsaltwithhotpressuresaltfmethan4yearsthecumulativeproductionofsaltisonly196000tonsonlyaccountf47%ofthedesignc
