4、troreptersystemisGFPRecAinteinreptersystem.TheresultsfcomplexP0810isthattheIC50invitrois2.5μMwhiletheinhibitionofinteinsplicingusingTSreptersystemhastheIC50of7.71μMinALSIIreptersystemtheIC50is18.47μM.Ftheinvitrosystemweu

5、sedGSHtoconsumecomplexP0810theinhibitioncanbeattenuated.Soweconcludedthattheinhibitionofsplicingisreversible.Indertogetabetterunderstingofmetalproteininteractionweplannedtodoxraydiffraction.Sosinglecrystalsofmetalprotein

6、areneeded.Threeproteinswereexpressedpurifiedusingmetalchromatographycolumnfollowedbysizeexclusivechromatography.ThebufferpHsalts’concentrationprecipitants’concentrationareoptimizedtoacquiresinglecrystals.Atpresenttheopti
