4、einhighyieldsivitiesatlowtemperature.Therearethreepartstobeincludedinthispaper:1.MethylethylisopropylbenzylchlideweresynthesizedbychlomethylationofcrespondingalkylbenzenespolyfmaldehydecatalyzedbyZnCl2HCl.Theeffectsofthe

5、ratioofrawmaterialstheamountofcatalystreactiontemperaturetimeonthechlomethylationofalkylbenzeneswerediscussed.Undertheoptimumreactionconditionsi.e.themoleratioofalkylbenzenestopolyfmaldehyde4:1themoleratioofZnCl2catalyst

6、stopolyfmaldehyde0.6:1reactiontemperatureof60reactiontimeof6℃hwith6mLhydrochlicacidtheyieldsofmethylethylisopropylbenzylchlideare84.9%90.6%86.7%respectively.2.Alkylbenzonitrilescanbeobtainedwithhighyieldsbyiveammoxidatio

7、nofalkylbenzylchlidesduetothedifferentactivityofreactivegroups.Thecatalystsreactionconditionshavegreatinfluencesonthecatalyticactivityivity.Theadditionofappropriatechromiumphosphusinvanadiumoxidestofmcompositeoxidescanim

8、provecatalyticperfmances.TheoptimumreactionconditionsofammoxidationofalkylbenzylchlideshavebeenfoundbythehelpofthogonaltestssinglefactexperimentsonVCrOSiO2catalyst.Theoptimalconditionsofammoxidationofmethylbenzylchlides(

9、MC)are:themoleratioofairtoMC10themoleratioofNH3toMC5spacevelocity240h1reactiontemperature240℃.Undertheseconditionstheconversionsofmethylbenzylchlidestheyieldsivitiesoftolunitrilescanreach97.4%87.8%90.2%respectively.Simil
